Established customer lanes help maintain a reliable workload while giving drivers clear expectations for miles, equipment, and monthly home time. Driver Setup Drivers are assigned late-model Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, equipped for comfort and convenience on regional routes. Automatic transmissions APU and inverter Voice navigation and in-cab fifth-wheel release Equipment is assigned based on availability. The Route Drivers haul a combination of dry van and refrigerated loads through established customer lanes with no-touch freight. Mixed dry van and refrigerated freight Established operating lanes Consistent weekly mileage opportunities Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Steady customer freight helps support reliable dispatches and dependable mileage throughout the week. Pay & Time Off CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days. Paid orientation at $100 per day Quarterly performance raises Guaranteed pay after 30 days Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises tied to safety performance and productivity, and orientation is paid at $100 per day. Home Time Six scheduled days off are available each month. Drivers may take the days together or divide them throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling.
