Driver compensation is paid on a 1099 basis, with weekly direct deposit. What You Can Expect on the Road Home every weekend: staying out longer is optional and may provide opportunities to earn more. Consistent regional freight throughout the Northeast (MA, NH, ME, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA) 100% no-touch freight — drivers are not required to load or unload freight Hourly detention pay for qualifying delays exceeding 2 hours.
