CDL-A Regional Driver

Pay: $1,450 to $1,675 per week | Freight: Mixed dry van & refrigerated Home Time: 6 days off per month | Location: St. Louis, MO 63101 2,500–3,000 miles per week Established no-touch freight lanes Late-model Kenworth T680 equipment Six scheduled days off monthly Regional freight demand and dependable route consistency help maintain steady customer freight, reliable mileage opportunities, and an organized schedule for CDL-A drivers. Drivers operate through established freight lanes with a combination of dry van and refrigerated loads, supporting dependable weekly mileage and planned monthly home time. Driver Setup Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, equipped with features designed for comfortable operation during regular freight assignments. Automatic transmissions APU and inverter Voice navigation and in-cab fifth-wheel release Equipment is assigned based on availability, with driver-focused features supporting daily operations. The Route A combination of dry van and refrigerated freight moves through established customer lanes, with no-touch loads helping drivers remain focused on driving. Established operating lanes Mixed dry van and refrigerated freight Consistent weekly mileage opportunities Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Regular customer demand helps maintain dependable dispatches and consistent freight movement throughout the operating network. Pay & Time Off CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days of employment. Paid orientation at $100 per day Guaranteed pay after 30 days Quarterly performance raises Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and productivity. Orientation compensation is provided at $100 per day. Home Time Six scheduled days off are provided each month. Drivers may combine those days or divide them throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling.
