Pay: $1,450 to $1,675 per week | Freight: Mixed dry van & refrigerated Home Time: 6 days off per month | Location: Des Moines, IA 50309 Miles: 2,500–3,000 per week Established regional freight lanes Flexible 6 days off each month 2,500–3,000 miles each week Late-model Kenworth T680 equipment Regional freight continuity and dependable scheduling give drivers steady no-touch freight, consistent mileage, and planned time off throughout the month. Drivers can expect established customer lanes and practical route planning designed to maintain dependable miles while providing flexibility for scheduled days at home. Driver Setup Drivers operate late-model Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, with equipment designed for comfort and convenience. Automatic transmissions APUs, inverters, and voice navigation In-cab fifth-wheel release Equipment is assigned based on availability. The Route A combination of dry van and refrigerated loads moves through established customer lanes across the operating network. Mixed dry van and refrigerated freight Consistent weekly mileage opportunities Established operating lanes Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with no-touch freight. Steady customer demand helps maintain reliable dispatches and dependable mileage throughout the week. Pay & Time Off CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days. Quarterly performance raises Guaranteed pay after 30 days Paid orientation at $100 per day Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises tied to safety performance and productivity, and orientation is paid at $100 per day. Home Time Drivers receive six scheduled days off each month. These days may be taken together or divided throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling.
