Regional Reefer Pay With a Clear Path From Training to Solo Qualified CDL-A trainees can enter through paid road training and move into a Western regional reefer position with 1,900-2,100 miles per week. $1,200-$1,500 AVERAGE WEEKLY AFTER TRAINING Starting pay of $0.51 per mile $15 stop pay Monthly performance bonus opportunity Regional refrigerated freight HOME TIME Drivers are scheduled home every two weeks. The job includes day and night driving, weekend work and holiday availability based on operational needs. CDL-A TRAINING Training runs approximately 3-5 weeks for 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Trainee pay is $800 per week. Orientation is no more than two days, and $300 is paid upon hire.
