ConfidentialWe are hiring a reliable CDL-A regional driver for no-touch dry van freight across the Northeast, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Canada. Drivers operate a combination of drop-and-hook and live-unload deliveries, averaging approximately 1,900 - 2,400 miles and 10–12 stops per week. The typical shift is 9–11 hours, with regional schedules operating from Monday morning through Saturday morning. Pay and incentives $0.71 per mile for mileage-based work. $25.00 per hour for qualifying hourly work. $30.00 per hour for qualifying border-crossing work. Approximately $1,100 - $1,300 average gross pay per week. $25 per layover. Clean-inspection incentives of up to $100 per violation-free inspection. Operating area Operating area: NY, NJ, PA, OH, MI, IN, MD, Canada Routes may include domestic regional deliveries and Canadian border crossings. Drivers assigned to Canada routes must meet all applicable border-crossing requirements. Freight and deliveries No-touch freight. Combination of drop-and-hook and live-unload deliveries. Approximately 1,900–2,400 miles per week. Approximately 10–12 stops per week. Drivers are responsible for safe operation and delivery procedures but do not manually load or unload the freight. Schedule and home time Typical workweek runs from Monday at approximately 7:00 a.m. through Saturday at approximately 7:00 a.m. Rotating Saturday schedule required. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak volume or production issues. Regional home time is available, but the exact frequency may vary by route, location, and schedule. Typical shift length is approximately 9–11 hours. Route assignments and delivery requirements may change based on production and customer needs. Equipment and parking Mack day-cab or sleeper tractor. 53-foot dry van trailers. Onsite truck parking available. Requirements Valid CDL-A. Ability to safely operate a Mack day cab or sleeper with a 53-foot dry van. Ability to complete drop-and-hook and live-unload assignments. Availability for rotating Saturdays and possible peak-period weekend work.
