Regional, over-the-road, and team drivers have access to dependable dry van freight, comfortable equipment, and support throughout the week. Home Time Choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle. Regional drivers typically stay out 5–7 days before returning home weekly. Over-the-road drivers remain out four weeks followed by four days at home. Team drivers average 4,500–5,000 miles per week, providing additional mileage and earning opportunities. Pay & Bonuses Drivers earn $1,475 to $1,600 per week with direct deposit. Layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour $15 per stop after the first Annual safety bonuses Your Equipment International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks are equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions, 1,500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle systems to support driver comfort while reducing unnecessary idling.
