Pay: $1,600 - $2,000 per week
We are hiring an experienced CDL-A driver based in Charlotte or the surrounding area to operate a well-maintained Kenworth T680 sleeper tractor on regional and over-the-road power-only freight.

routes and longer-distance OTR loads. Trailers are generally supplied through the freight program.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Safely and professionally operate the assigned tractor
• Complete dispatched loads on time
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD and trip records
• Submit bills of lading, proof of delivery and other load documents promptly
• Communicate delays, equipment problems and delivery issues
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the tractor
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, customer and company requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least two years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience preferred
• Current DOT medical card
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
• Knowledge of ELD and hours-of-service requirements
• Ability to operate an automatic transmission
• Dependable, professional and safety-conscious
• Available for overnight regional and OTR trips
• Power-only, drop-and-hook or OTR experience preferred

Weekly pay may vary based on completed loads, mileage, customer demand, driver availability, weather, equipment uptime and time on the road. The final compensation plan and operating expectations will be provided in writing before employment begins.
