Build OTR Reefer Experience With Paid CDL-A Training Qualified trainees can start with mentor training and move into a high-mileage reefer operation averaging $1,300-$1,500 weekly after training. PAY & MILES $1,300-$1,500 average weekly earnings after training Approximately 1,900-2,500+ solo miles per week Monthly performance bonus opportunity Short-haul pay applies on qualifying loads TRAINING Paid mentor training runs approximately 3-5 weeks and 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Trainee pay is $850 per week. Orientation is no more than two days, with $300 paid upon hire. THE JOB OTR refrigerated freight with home time approximately every two weeks. Drivers need flexibility for day/night driving, weekends and holidays. Freight does not require driver unloading.
