CDL-A Owner Operators/ Fleet Owners Flatbed/Stepdeck

Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable Owner Operators. As an Owner Operator, you will leverage your driving expertise and operational skills to deliver goods efficiently and safely across various routes. This role offers the flexibility of managing your own vehicle while ensuring timely deliveries, great customer service, and adherence to all safety regulations. Your proactive approach and commitment will drive our success and help us meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities Operate your own commercial vehicle, including Flatbed trailers to complete delivery routes efficiently. Handling cargo using manual handling techniques, or other material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices. Ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and safety standards during all driving and delivery activities. Manage route driving with precision, utilizing mobile devices for navigation and communication to stay on schedule. Provide great customer service by delivering goods professionally. Conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to confirm it is in safe working condition before each shift. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage logs, and related documentation in accordance with company policies. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight restrictions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via mobile devices or in person. Experience with route planning, and adhering strictly to traffic regulations for safe driving practices. Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification: CDL A (Required) Work Location: On the road
