As a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), Titan Corridor is positioned to pursue opportunities in government transportation, corporate logistics, commercial freight, and specialized transportation supporting the sports and entertainment industries. We are building a select network of independent Owner-Operators who value professionalism, safety, and long-term business relationships. Compensation & Benefits 75/25 Revenue Split: Owner-Operators receive 75% of gross linehaul revenue. Titan Corridor retains 25%. 100% Fuel Surcharge: Owner-Operators receive the full applicable fuel surcharge collected on their loads. Dispatch Coordination: Professional load coordination, scheduling, and administrative support. Freight Opportunities: Access to available commercial freight, regional transportation, and specialized logistics opportunities. Transparent Settlements: Clearly documented load revenue, deductions, and payment terms. Independent Operations: Operate your own equipment while working under a written equipment lease agreement. Equipment & Operating Requirements Applicants must: Own or lawfully lease a DOT-compliant Class 8 commercial tractor. Provide a compatible commercial trailer. Maintain equipment in safe operating condition. Possess a valid CDL Class A. Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Meet applicable DOT and FMCSA driver qualification requirements. Comply with applicable drug and alcohol testing requirements. Maintain insurance coverage as required under the operating agreement. Demonstrate reliable communication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety. Owner-Operator Agreement Selected applicants will enter into a written independent contractor and equipment lease agreement with Titan Corridor. The initial agreement term is four months, with extension opportunities determined by Titan Corridor and documented in writing. Insurance responsibilities, equipment maintenance, compensation, authorized deductions, and operating requirements will be outlined in the agreement. Who We’re Looking For We are particularly interested in experienced California-based Owner-Operators who are dependable, business-minded, and committed to maintaining professional standards. Experience with specialized freight, entertainment transportation, government logistics, or dedicated commercial routes is a plus but is not required.
