TD LogistixTD Logistix is a temperature controlled carrier based in Edinburg. We are leasing on owner operators to run refrigerated produce out of the Rio Grande Valley to the Midwest and Southeast. You keep your truck. We provide the reefer, the authority and the freight. WHAT WE PAY 70% of gross on every load. We carry the primary liability and cargo insurance. You carry bobtail. Our current owner operators grossed an average of $19,697 per month over the last six months, with individual months ranging from $17,423 to $21,209. After fuel, the average was $12,728 per month. Those are actual settlements already paid, not projections, and they are stated before your bobtail insurance, truck payment, maintenance and taxes. Settlement is weekly. The week closes Wednesday and pays Friday. THE FUEL DISCOUNT We fuel at Love's under a national agreement and bill it to you at our net cost. About 54 cents a gallon off, no markup and no card fee. On a truck running our miles that is roughly $8,570 a year back in your pocket. We keep none of it. WHAT WE PROVIDE The reefer trailer, provided and maintained by us Reefer fuel, paid by us and never charged back to you Operating authority and carrier credentials Primary liability and cargo insurance, carried and paid by us. You carry bobtail only. Steady produce freight out of the Valley, about 113,000 miles a year No escrow and no deposit. We have never taken escrow from an owner operator. WHAT YOU COVER Your tractor, including fuel, maintenance and upkeep Bobtail (non-trucking liability) insurance Base plates and IRP IFTA Form 2290 and tolls WHAT WE LOOK FOR Class A CDL, two years minimum Your own tractor in good running order Based in the Rio Grande Valley Previous refrigerated experience Able to run approximately 9 days out and 3 days home THE SCHEDULE We run outbound produce from the Valley to the Midwest and Southeast and bring the truck home. Roughly nine days out, three days home. These are our outbound lanes, so we are looking for someone who wants steady miles rather than to pick and choose freight.
