CDL-A OTR Truck Driver – Reefer | Solo, Team & Owner-Operator

Sultan Trans Inc. is looking for safety-conscious CDL-A drivers for over-the-road refrigerated freight opportunities. Whether you prefer driving solo, running as a team or operating your own truck, we offer multiple options to fit your goals. Drivers can choose company-provided equipment or bring their own truck and take advantage of our owner-operator program. Pay & Equipment Options Solo Drivers — 30% of Gross Load Revenue Earn 30% of the gross revenue from each load. Drive newer Freightliner, Volvo or Kenworth trucks. Receive an assigned refrigerated trailer. Team Drivers — 35% of Gross Load Revenue Earn 35% of gross load revenue, split between the team. Operate company-provided equipment with an assigned reefer trailer. Ideal for drivers who prefer team driving and spending more time moving freight. Owner-Operators — 88% of Gross Load Revenue Bring your own truck. Lease a refrigerated trailer through Sultan Trans Inc. Earn 88% of gross revenue per load. Driver Expenses & Payment Occupational insurance: $125 per month. Pay structure: Percentage of gross revenue per load. Pay period: Monday through Monday. Payday: Direct deposit every Friday. Contract type: 1099 independent contractor. The $125 monthly occupational insurance charge is the only driver expense identified for the company-provided truck arrangement. Owner-operators should confirm any additional costs associated with operating their own truck and leasing a trailer. Equipment & Driving Conditions Newer Freightliner, Volvo and Kenworth trucks. Assigned reefer trailers for company-provided equipment. Trucks governed at 73–75 mph. Refrigerated freight operations. Safe driving bonuses available. Home Time & Terminals Typical schedule: 3 weeks out and 1 week home. Longer periods on the road may be available. Terminals located in Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. Drivers may live anywhere in the United States. Qualifications Valid CDL-A license. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving.
