CDL-A OTR Truck Driver – No Forced Dispatch

ESL Trucking Inc. is a family-run dry van carrier hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers. Steady miles, weekly pay, and dispatch that actually answers the phone. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You drive our trucks — no truck payment, no maintenance bills. WHAT YOU EARN - Choose your pay: $0.75–$0.80 per mile (based on experience) OR 30% of the load's gross - 4,000+ miles per week = $3,000–$3,200 weekly on CPM - Paid every Friday by direct deposit - Detention pay after 2 hours, layover pay - $2,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 90 days HOME TIME - 3–4 weeks out, 3–4 days home - No forced dispatch — you see the load before you accept it EQUIPMENT - Late-model automatic Freightliners (2022–2026) - All maintenance paid by us, never deducted from your pay - EZ Pass, PrePass, fuel card — tolls and scales paid SUPPORT - 24/7 dispatch — real people, not a call center - Paid orientation - Pet and rider friendly REQUIREMENTS - Valid Class A CDL - 2+ years verifiable OTR experience - Clean MVR, current DOT medical card - Pass DOT drug test - Hiring in all states except California HOW TO APPLY Apply here — no resume needed.
