CDL-A OTR Truck Driver – Competitive Pay | Full-Time

Job Summary As a full-time CDL-A OTR Truck Driver, you’ll move freight safely and reliably across over-the-road routes. You’ll operate a commercial tractor-trailer, plan routes with GPS navigation, and handle cargo according to shipment requirements. This role may involve refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation, depending on the load. Duties Drive commercial trucks on OTR and route-driving assignments, following dispatch instructions and delivery schedules. Inspect the vehicle and trailer, secure freight, and complete loading or unloading tasks using safe manual-handling practices. Transport general freight and, when assigned and properly authorized, hazardous materials or dangerous goods. Use GPS navigation to plan and adjust routes while communicating delivery updates and reporting delays or vehicle concerns. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries help customers receive their freight in good condition and keep supply chains moving. Skills Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A and ability to operate a tractor-trailer with a manual transmission. Commercial truck driving, truck driving, commercial driving, delivery driving, and delivery driver experience; OTR experience is relevant. Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including hazardous materials rules when applicable. Ability to load and unload freight, handle cargo safely, and work with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation loads as assigned. Safe driving practices, route planning, GPS use, and logistics cargo handling; Hazmat qualifications are required only for applicable assignments.
