CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

We are seeking experienced over‑the‑road (OTR) truck drivers to join our team. Compensation is based on a 25% share of each load, with most drivers bringing in between $1,500 and $2,500 gross per week.
Typical Schedule
• Two weeks on the road followed by two full days at home, or three weeks on the road with three days off.

• Live loading and unloading at customer facilities
Primary Shippers
Our direct contracts are with several leading national meat and food processors, including major beef producers, grain distributors, and other large‑scale food suppliers.

Qualifications
• Valid CDL‑A with at least two recent years of active driving experience
• Comfortable with night‑time operations
• Ability to work without reliance on SAP systems
• Location flexibility:
• Choose between long‑haul OTR or regional grocery routes.
• Grocery routes require residence within roughly 500 miles of Amarillo, TX, to enable weekly home returns.
