COMPENSATION & BONUSES $0.75 per mile , based on experience, performance, and loyalty program eligibility OR 25%–28% of gross revenue , depending on the agreed pay plan Advertised weekly earning potential: $3,100–$3,700 , depending on miles, loads, and pay structure Paid on all miles — loaded and empty , under the mileage pay plan Weekly direct deposit — reliable, on-time payments Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses with achievable qualification requirements Extra bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections Driver Referral Bonus: $500–$1,000 for each qualifying driver you refer, according to program terms HOME TIME Typically 22–25 days on the road, followed by 5–6 days at home We plan routes with your home time in mind OTR operations across all 48 contiguous states EQUIPMENT & DRIVER SUPPORT Late-model Freightliner Cascadia automatic trucks In-cab refrigerator Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,100.00 - $3,700.00 per week Work Location: On the road
