We operate semi-trucks with reefer trailers and offer competitive compensation, consistent communication, and a professional working environment. Compensation $0.70–$0.75 per mile, depending on experience. OR 28%–30% of gross load revenue. Pay structure based on experience and mutual agreement. OTR interstate routes. Reefer freight. Requirements Valid CDL Class A license. Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience preferred. Reefer experience preferred. Acceptable driving record and insurance eligibility. No DUI history (subject to insurance requirements). Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing. Responsible, dependable, and safety-conscious. Responsibilities Safely operate a semi-truck with reefer trailer. Transport refrigerated freight across state lines. Monitor reefer temperature and cargo conditions. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
