Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers and refrigerated trailers to deliver fuel and related products along designated local routes. Load, secure, and unload freight Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks, trailers, and cargo to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with safety protocols. Maintain communication with dispatchers regarding route progress, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries. Qualifications Valid CDL-A license including with a clean driving record and at least two years of commercial truck driving experience and at least six months of Flatbed experience. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazardous materials handling, and safety procedures for manual handling and truck loading/unloading. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety compliance in accordance with DOT regulations and hazard management standards. Physical ability to perform manual tasks associated with truck loading/unloading and cargo securing. Consistent job history and reliability needed.
