CDL A OTR Driver Hourly Pay up to $2,888/week with guarantee minimum - NO AI Dispatch

We pay $32/hr on your shift time, ON DUTY or DRIVING, with a guarantee of 11 hrs per day. We guarantee a good pay check to you as long as you do what we need you to do within DOT compliance. No more chasing the miles like all the other companies. We will even pay you to sleep in the truck in sleeper berth, making it possible to get up to 16 hrs paid per day (16 hrs is $512 in 1 day) Hauling 53ft dry van no touch freight 50% drop and hook 50% live load / unload NO AI Dispatch. You will have a dispatcher. Pay Breakdown: $32/hr for all shift hours (on duty and driving) 70hr cycle = $2,240 (can make this in 5 days if you push) $325 34hr reset OTR pay bonus --------------------------------------------------------- $2,888 = 6 days 14hrs + $200 (this doesn't include any paid sleeper berth) Guarantee minimum pay: 5 days OTR - $1,760 - 55 hrs (home for 2 days) 6 days OTR - $2,112- 66 hrs (home for 1 day) 7 days OTR - $2,440 - 70 hrs + $200 bonus Guarantee Pay Expectations: - if there are hours left on clock in a day and a load that we can move to use up the hours for that day, we need to move it. We cannot end our shift many hours early without a good reason and approval from dispatch.
