Job Summary OTR Class A CDL Truck Driver – Dry Van Job Summary We are seeking dependable and experienced OTR Class A CDL drivers to join our trucking team. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity hauling dry van freight across the United States. Drivers are paid a percentage of the truck’s weekly gross revenue, with compensation based on experience. We are looking for professional drivers who prioritize safety, reliability, and on-time deliveries. Schedule: 4 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week off. Compensation Pay: 25%–30% of weekly gross revenue, depending on experience Typical weekly truck gross: $10,000–$13,000+, with potential for higher revenue Pay frequency: Weekly Job type: Contract (1099) Route type: Over-the-road (OTR) Freight: Dry van Operating area: Nationwide Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial truck. Transport dry van freight across assigned routes. Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Ensure freight is delivered safely and on time. Follow all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations. Requirements Valid Class A CDL. OTR driving experience preferred. No accidents within the past 12 months. Strong safety record and professional driving habits. Reliable communication and punctuality. Ability to operate across the United States. Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,100.00 per week Work Location: On the road
