We are looking for experienced CDL A drivers based out of Orlando, FL and rest of the Florida with clean driving record to start working for our company as OTR drivers. We offer percentage-based compensation, newer equipment, 100% no-touch Dry Van freight, and dedicated dispatch support. POSITION OVERVIEW Position: CDL A OTR Company Driver Engagement: 1099 Independent Contractor Driver Compensation: 30% of gross revenue generated by each load Average Weekly Truck Gross Revenue: $8,000–$10,000 Estimated Weekly Driver Gross Compensation: $2,400–$3,000 Freight: Dry Van Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight Operating Area: OTR routes throughout the United States Home Time: 3–4 weeks on the road with guaranteed home time Equipment: 2024–2027 model trucks Dispatch: Dedicated and experienced dispatchers PAY & COMPENSATION Drivers receive 30% of the gross revenue generated by each load . Our trucks generate an average weekly gross revenue of approximately $8,000–$10,000 . Based on this revenue, estimated driver gross compensation is approximately $2,400–$3,000 per week . Actual weekly compensation varies depending on freight availability, completed loads, and the gross revenue generated. These figures represent estimated gross driver compensation before applicable taxes and expenses. Weekly earnings are not guaranteed. FREIGHT & OPERATING AREA 100% no-touch Dry Van freight OTR routes throughout the United States Dedicated and experienced dispatchers Dispatch support throughout your trips Consistent freight opportunities EQUIPMENT Drivers operate newer model trucks ranging from 2024 to 2027 . Our goal is to provide reliable equipment and professional dispatch support so drivers can focus on their routes. HOME TIME Our OTR schedule is generally 3–4 weeks on the road, followed by guaranteed home time. Home time arrangements are coordinated with dispatch. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS & PROGRAMS Pet Program Drivers may bring their pets on the road in accordance with company policy. Rider Program Approved passengers are welcome under our rider policy. DOT INSPECTION BONUSES Drivers receive bonuses for qualifying passed DOT roadside inspections: Level I – Full Inspection: $500 Level II – Walk-Around Inspection: $200 Level III – Driver-Only Inspection: $150 Higher bonuses are awarded for more comprehensive inspection levels. Bonuses are subject to company eligibility requirements and verification. CHICAGO ORIENTATION & TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT All newly hired drivers are required to report to our Chicago, Illinois location for a one-day orientation, required drug test, and truck assignment before starting their routes. Travel Reimbursement Drivers arrange their transportation to Chicago. Sana Freight reimburses eligible travel expenses through the driver's first paycheck for one of the following transportation options: Airfare Bus ticket Train ticket Rental car expenses (up to $200) Sana Freight also covers Uber transportation in Chicago associated with orientation and the required drug test. Drug Test The required drug test is paid for by Sana Freight. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS We are looking for experienced, professional CDL A drivers who meet the following qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) No more than 1 major violation within the past 10 years No more than 3 moving violations within the past 10 years Ability to work an OTR schedule and remain on the road for 3–4 weeks Ability to report to Chicago, Illinois for the required one-day orientation All applicants are subject to company qualification and safety review.
