Other benefits available with good performance This is a W-2 position Job Overview Mars Auto/Operations is hiring only professional minded CDL-A OTR drivers to operate long-haul routes and support a dedicated route from GA to California and back. Drivers will work with our advanced autonomous trucking technology while maintaining safe and efficient operations. Requirements CDL-A License (Minimum 2 years OTR experience preferred) Clean driving record Ability to pass drug screening Proven experience as a regional/OTR commercial truck driver Must be reliable and safety-focused Duties Transport freight safely and on time Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow DOT regulations Communicate with dispatch Safely operate and support the development of our autonomous truck. Understand the autonomous driving system of Mars Auto, and report on its daily performance at the end of each day.
