CDL-A OTR Company Driver | $1,400–$1,550 | Assigned Truck-Dry Van Only

Blue Penguin Freight LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Dry Van Company Drivers for permanent, full-time positions. We currently have 3 immediate openings with assigned trucks —no routine truck swapping. Drivers earn $1,400–$1,550 per 7–8 days OTR, based on experience and qualifications . Drivers stay OTR approximately 3 weeks at a time , with home time approximately every 3 weeks. We run dry van, no-touch freight . We are looking for dependable, experienced drivers who operate safely, communicate well, take care of their assigned equipment, and are looking for a stable, long-term position with a smaller carrier. Responsibilities Safely operate an assigned tractor-trailer on OTR dry van routes. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and company safety procedures. Maintain accurate electronic logs, bills of lading, delivery documentation, and other required records. Verify that freight is properly loaded, distributed, and secured before transport and protect the load through delivery. Communicate professionally with dispatch, shippers, receivers, and company personnel. Meet pickup and delivery appointments while operating safely and legally. Keep the assigned truck clean and treat company equipment responsibly. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL . At least 2 years of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience . OTR experience strongly preferred. Ability and willingness to remain OTR approximately 3 weeks at a time . Must meet company and insurance driving-record requirements. Must meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements. Must complete required pre-employment screening, including DOT-compliant drug testing. Dependable communication and a strong commitment to safe operation and equipment care. Compensation & Schedule $1,400–$1,550 per 7–8 days OTR , based on experience and qualifications. Approximately 3 weeks OTR at a time . Home time approximately every 3 weeks . Assigned truck —no routine truck swapping. Dry van freight only. No-touch freight.
