CDL A or B Boom Truck Driver

We are looking for an experienced truck driver with a CDL A or B License . Ability to operate Standard and Automatic transmissions.Hoisting License 1B preferrably to transport precast structures . STI Precast, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of quality precast products in New England. Our products range from catch basins, drainage, septic tanks, light pole bases and retaining walls. STI Precast is committed to upholding core values of reliability, quality in servicing our customers. Transport precast structures from manufacturing plant to customer job sites. Some hands on work required to load precast structures at manufacturing plant and unload products at job site. Overseeing the safe loading and unloading of the delivery vehicle to ensure the order is accurate. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents or violations Skills Proven work experience as a truck driver Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) Valid truck driving license, CDL A or B License, MA Hoisting 1B license preferred Ability to operate Standard and Automatic transmission vehicles Pay rate dependent on experience and Hoisting license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,650.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid orientation Paid sick time Paid time off Safety equipment provided Experience: CDL Driving: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: 1A Hoisting License (Preferred) CDL A or B License (Required) Ability to Commute: Leominster, MA 01453 (Required) Work Location: In person
