Overview of the OTR Open Deck Driver Role
• Competitive Pay Structure. Earn up to $105,000 annually, with weekly pay ranging from $1,700 to $2,200. Benefit from mileage pay of 81 CPM, including bonuses, along with additional stop pay and incentives.*
• Specialized Freight Opportunities. Transport flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers, primarily in the Midwestern and Southern states. Most loads are pre-loaded and secured, allowing you to focus on your driving.

Minimum Requirements for Hiring
• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the past 5 years
