CDL-A Local W2 Driver Home Daily 1,200 - 1,500/Week Monroe, OH

We are hiring CDL-A Local Drivers for a dedicated run based in Monroe, Ohio. Drivers operate primarily in Ohio, with routes also covering Indiana and Kentucky. This role offers daily home time, generally two days off per week, and experience-based pay with stop, unload, backhaul, and pallet restack pay. Pay & Benefits Experience-based mileage pay: $0.56 - $0.62 CPM Average weekly pay: $1,200 - $1,500 Stop pay: $20 per stop Unload pay: $37 per unload Backhaul pay: $20 per backhaul Pallet restack pay: $25 Recovery mileage pay available 24/7 driver support available Schedule & Home Time Home daily Generally two days off per week; weekends off are not guaranteed Late morning start, typically around 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Must be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and the week preceding holidays Average weekly mileage: 1,000 - 1,500 miles Freight & Routes Dedicated local run Primary operating area: Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky; primarily Ohio Mixed dry van and refrigerated freight 70% drop and hook freight 30% driver unload using an electric pallet jack Typically 3 - 5 loads and 5 - 7 stops per day Slip seat day cab tractors Requirements Valid CDL-A required Minimum 3 months of solo driving experience Must live within the Monroe, OH 45044 hiring area Must have flexibility to haul both dry van and refrigerated freight Must be able to unload freight using an electric pallet jack Must be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and pre-holiday weeks
