Core Mission Move loaded rail containers to customers within a 250-mile radius and bring boxes back to the ramp for nationwide shipping. Coverage includes Jersey City, Elizabeth, all NYC boroughs, Long Island, PA, NY, and CT. Compensation Highlights Estimated Earnings: Average $80,000 to $82,000 yearly, with top drivers scaling up to $110,000. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 transition bonus for a limited time. Mileage & Activity Pay: $0.445 to $0.55 CPM, plus $56 drop/hook, $77 live load, $40 hazmat, and bridge/congestion bonuses ($50 for GW Bridge to upstate NY/CT/MA/RI; $75 for NYC boroughs). Training & Detention: $22–$25/hr for delays, plus $200/day during ramp orientation. Schedule & Roster Overview Work Roster: Choose Friday–Tuesday or Thursday–Monday. Dispatch Windows: Start times between 14:00 and 20:00 (finalized on welcome call). Shift Length & Home Time: 12-hour shifts with guaranteed daily home time. Working days off is optional. Slip-seat environment; trucks parked at the yard during time off (no riders; unloads occur in less than 1% of runs).
