CDL-A Local Intermodal / Amazon Relay Driver - Day & Night Shifts

Telles Trucking LLC is a small, owner-run carrier hauling intermodal freight between the LA rail ramps (BNSF and UP) and the Inland Empire, with some Amazon Relay power-only loads mixed in. Our truck parks in North Huntington Beach. This is local, hourly W-2 work: no long haul, home every day. Day and night drivers wanted. Pay - Day shift $28.00/hr, night shift $30.00/hr, paid for every hour worked - Overtime at 1.5x after 8 hours in a day, double time at 2x after 12 - An extra $30 for every load after your 4th of the day - OT and DT are figured on your blended rate (hourly pay plus load bonuses), so bonus loads raise your overtime pay too - Example: a 12-hour day shift with 5 loads pays $427.00 gross, about $35.58/hr Schedule - Open 7 days a week, weekdays and weekends - Day shift starts at 5:00 AM; night shift runs 7:00 PM to about 5:00 AM - 10 to 12 hour shifts, depending on how much you want to run - Full-time, or part-time at 2 to 3 days a week Requirements - At least 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience - Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card - Amazon Relay experience preferred - At least 6 months of intermodal experience (current J.B. Hunt, Hub Group, Schneider Intermodal, or Amazon drivers preferred) - Clean or acceptable MVR - Able to pass a DOT drug test, FMCSA Clearinghouse query, and background check - Solid on ELD and HOS compliance - Lives in Orange County Why drive with us: a predictable hourly base, a flat $30 per extra load with no tiered bonus math, and your choice of full-time or part-time, days or nights.
