CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver

Overview Join our team as a CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver and keep freight moving safely and reliably. You’ll operate a tractor-trailer on local routes, secure flatbed loads, and complete deliveries while following applicable safety requirements. This is a paid position. Responsibilities Drive commercial trucks on local delivery and route-driving assignments; use GPS navigation to follow routes and adjust as needed. Load, unload, and secure freight using safe manual-handling practices; handle logistics cargo and automobile transportation as assigned. Inspect equipment and cargo, including flatbed trailers; refrigerated trailers, tankers, and over-the-road (OTR) routes may be part of related operations. Maintain delivery records and communicate route or cargo issues promptly. Your impact: Safe, accurate deliveries help customers receive freight on time and protect drivers and other road users. Experience Required: Valid CDL-A and experience with commercial truck driving, tractor-trailers, delivery driving, and manual transmissions. Knowledge of flatbed operations, truck loading and unloading, freight handling, and safe driving practices. Familiarity with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Hazmat, dangerous goods, and hazardous materials regulations knowledge are relevant where assigned; required endorsements must match the work. Refrigerated trailer, tanker, automobile transportation, and OTR driving experience are preferred. Pay: $950.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: On the road
