CDL-A Linehaul Driver - Regional Turns (Home Daily) Guaranteed Pay

A-Team Logistics, Inc. is immediately hiring a professional Class A CDL Linehaul Driver for a solo, home-daily run operating out of our Pooler, GA terminal yard (Savannah Hub). We protect our drivers' income. Even when freight is slow or dispatch calls are reduced, your earnings are protected by our weekly salary guarantee. When freight is running full volume, you earn full mileage pay—taking home whichever amount is greater. Compensation & Earnings Overview: Weekly Earning Range: $1,200 – $1,625+ per week (Paid whichever is higher between the weekly guarantee or total mileage run) . Pay Protection: If freight volume is slow and you only run 2–3 days during the week, you are still paid your full weekly guarantee as long as you are available. Safety Bonus: Add $150/month to your pay with zero HOS/ELD log violations, zero FCAM events, and on-time completion of a quick 10-minute online safety module by the 15th of each month. Direct deposit every Friday . Pay Tiers (Standard CDL-A Applicants-Not in Network): First 90 Days: $1,200/week Guaranteed Salary OR $0.60 per mile (whichever is greater). After 90 Days: $1,400/week Guaranteed Salary OR $0.65 per mile (whichever is greater). Fast-Track Pay Tier (Active/Badged FedEx Ground Network Drivers): First 90 Days: $1,400/week Guaranteed Salary OR $0.65 per mile (whichever is greater). After 90 Days: Negotiable Guaranteed Salary/week OR negotiated CPM rate. Note: The weekly salary guarantee requires full dispatch availability and punctuality for your scheduled Sunday–Thursday shift.
