CDL- A Linehaul Driver (HOME DAILY)

TCB Transportation Inc is a FedEx Ground linehaul contractor serving the Cincinnati, Northern Ky and Dayton, Ohio areas. We're looking for professional CDL-A drivers who value consistency, safety, and straightforward pay. This is a third shift position and candidate must be able to work from approximately 6 PM until 6 AM Monday through Friday.

Compensation
Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,350/week
Includes approximately 1,600 miles per week, $0.65 per mile equivalent, plus additional drop-and-hook pay (varies by route).
The opportunity to work a sixth day and earn even more is always an option, but never required.
Safety Bonus
Earn an additional $500 every quarter for maintaining a safe driving record with no preventable accidents.
Potential Earnings: Up to $1,450 per week
Schedule
Dedicated PM linehaul runs between the Northern Ky hub and Dayton terminals.
Typical workweek: Monday thru Friday. No weekends.
No major holidays
Home daily.
Job Duties
Including, but not limited to:
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles
• Perform pre-trip and post trip safety inspections
• Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, or equipment issues
• Follow all DOT, FedEx and company safety policies
