CDL-A Intermodal Driver – $1,400 Guaranteed Weekly Philadelphia, PA | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Overview Home every day Consistent container work Weekly pay Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling intermodal containers to and from port terminals, rail yards, and regional warehouses. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and compliant. Pick up and deliver containers at port terminals in the tristate area Secure containers properly and verify seal numbers, container numbers, and documentation before transport. Punctual Communication is a must regarding load issues, delays and personal issues Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain compliance with electronic logs (ELD) as required. Inspect chassis and containers for defects and report any mechanical issues immediately. Ensure all port and terminal procedures are followed when entering and exiting facilities. Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with port personnel, warehouse staff, and dispatch. Keep tractor and assigned equipment clean and well maintained. Pay & Schedule $1,400/week (W-2 employee) $1,500–$1,600+ potential with regional/overnight runs Additional pay for qualifying regional/overnight loads Monday–Friday — NO WEEKENDS (Saturdays optional if available) Mostly local/home daily Occasional regional run with overnight stay Paid detention when applicable Clean DOT inspection bonus Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience preferred Clean/acceptable MVR Intermodal/container experience preferred TWIC & SeaLink preferred Hazmat/Tanker endorsements a plus Reliable, safety-focused and takes care of equipment Equipment: Automatic sleeper or day-cab Looking for a dependable long-term driver—not someone jumping from job to job.
