CDL CLASS A DRIVER — HOME DAILY OR REGIONAL Company: Proper Etiquette LLC Position: CDL Class A Driver Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Home Daily OR Regional With Weekly Home Time Proper Etiquette LLC is seeking a dependable and professional CDL Class A driver to operate a leased tractor within our transportation operation. Depending on available freight and driver preference, this position may offer either home-daily work or regional routes with weekly home time. We are looking for someone who takes safety seriously, communicates well, takes care of equipment, and consistently completes assigned loads on schedule. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle. Pick up and deliver assigned freight according to dispatch instructions. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs and hours-of-service records. Follow all FMCSA, DOT, company, and customer safety requirements. Communicate promptly regarding delays, mechanical problems, accidents, citations, or other issues. Keep the tractor clean and treat company/leased equipment responsibly. Report defects or maintenance concerns immediately. Maintain fuel receipts, trip documents, bills of lading, and other required paperwork. Follow company procedures regarding fueling, routing, parking, and authorized truck use. Maintain dependable attendance and on-time performance. Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL. Current DOT medical certification. Must be legally qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle. Must meet applicable FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements. Must be able to pass required DOT drug and alcohol testing. Acceptable motor vehicle record. Ability to safely operate in various weather, traffic, and road conditions. Must comply with applicable RT&T Enterprises driver qualification and safety requirements. Dependable communication and professional conduct are required. Schedule & Home Time Drivers may be assigned to one of the following: Home Daily: Local or regional freight that allows the driver to return home at the end of the workday. Regional: Regional freight with the driver generally returning home weekly for home time and the required reset. Actual schedules may vary based on freight availability, dispatch, customer needs, weather, traffic, and hours-of-service requirements. Equipment The driver will operate a leased Class A tractor used by Proper Etiquette LLC. Drivers are expected to perform required inspections, immediately report mechanical problems, and take reasonable care of the equipment. Compensation Compensation and additional pay details will be discussed with qualified applicants based on the position and agreed pay structure.
