CDL-A FLATBED TRUCK DRIVERS – NOW HIRING Clary Steel Transport | Collinsville, IL Earn approximately $1,620–$2,000+ per week | 30%–32% Percentage Pay | Weekly Pay | Home Nightly or Weekends | Assigned Kenworth W900 Clary Steel Transport is growing, and we are looking for experienced, dependable Class A CDL flatbed drivers to join our team. Based in Collinsville, Illinois, Clary Steel Transport has been serving the transportation industry for more than 20 years. We specialize in flatbed and open-deck transportation throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions. We aren’t looking to simply fill a truck. We’re looking for professional drivers who want steady work, strong communication with dispatch, independence on the road, and a company where drivers are treated like an important part of the operation. EQUIPMENT Drivers are assigned their own truck. ● 2020 Kenworth W900 ● 13-speed manual transmission ● Flatbed equipment ● Assigned truck ● No slip seating WHAT YOU’LL HAUL Our drivers haul a variety of flatbed freight, including: ● Steel coils ● Steel sheets ● Steel beams ● Pipe and other steel products ● Construction materials ● Machinery ● Building products ● Manufacturing freight ● Additional flatbed freight based on customer needs and driver experience Drivers must be comfortable properly securing and tarping freight when required. RUNNING AREAS Our drivers primarily run throughout areas including: ● Chicago ● Minneapolis ● Kansas City ● Texas ● Oklahoma ● Ohio ● Illinois ● Missouri ● Minnesota ● Surrounding Midwest and regional markets Local opportunities are available for drivers who want to be home nightly, while regional routes allow drivers to be home on weekends. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Applicants must have: ● Valid Class A CDL ● Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience ● Minimum 6 months of flatbed experience ● Ability to operate a 13-speed manual transmission ● Strong knowledge of flatbed load securement ● Ability to properly secure and tarp freight ● Safe and dependable driving history ● Professional attitude and communication ● Strong attention to safety ● Ability to meet applicable DOT requirements ● Ability to pass required DOT drug testing and employment screening Flatbed experience is required. Steel-hauling experience is a plus.
