CDL-A FLATBED OTR COMPANY DRIVERS — $2,500–$4,000/WEEK NIKMA LOGISTIC LLC | USDOT #3819856 NikMa Logistic LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A Flatbed OTR Company Drivers! We are an Illinois-based trucking company looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers. PAY & MILES 30–32% of Load Gross Estimated driver earnings: $2,500–$4,000 per working week Typically $10,000–$14,000 weekly truck gross Typically 3,000–3,500 miles per week Driver earnings depend on actual load revenue and are not guaranteed. Truck gross is not driver pay. HOME TIME 4 Weeks Out / 7 Days Home Trucks are picked up and returned in the Chicago, IL area. TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT Up to $300 total reimbursement for round-trip travel and taxi expenses Available after every 4 weeks on the road Reimbursement after submission of valid receipts BENEFITS Referral program Paid training REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL Class A license Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience Flatbed experience preferred Professional and safety-focused attitude JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate company trucks with flatbed trailers Secure and transport freight safely Follow DOT and FMCSA regulations Perform required vehicle inspections Communicate with dispatch regarding loads and deliveries HIRING LOCATIONS We welcome qualified drivers from Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Florida. Drivers travel to the Chicago, IL area to pick up their assigned trucks and return them there after each work rotation.
