CDL-A Flatbed / Open Deck Truck Driver – Home Weekly JNK MOTOR INC | Indianapolis, Indiana JNK MOTOR INC is seeking an experienced CDL-A Flatbed / Open Deck Driver to join our growing trucking operation based in Indianapolis, IN. We're looking for a dependable, safety-conscious driver with proven open-deck experience who takes pride in their equipment, understands proper load securement, and communicates professionally. What We Offer Competitive percentage pay — up to 35% per load Home weekly with most routes returning by the end of the workweek Consistent freight opportunities Direct communication with dispatch and management A professional, driver-focused work environment Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling flatbed and open-deck freight. Properly secure loads using chains, binders, straps, and other appropriate securement equipment. Tarp loads when required. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, including hours-of-service requirements. Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and scheduling. Maintain equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns promptly. Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of flatbed/open-deck driving experience Must be able to operate a manual transmission Strong knowledge of cargo securement procedures. Ability to safely handle chains, binders, straps, and tarps. Acceptable driving record and ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements. Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious. Must be able to report to our Indianapolis, Indiana operation as required. Location & Home Time Our operation is based in Indianapolis, IN . We welcome qualified applicants from throughout Indiana and neighboring states, including Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, and Michigan, provided they can reliably report to Indianapolis.
