You run the Midwest out of the Indianapolis area and come home when the week is done. What You Earn Paid every week during training $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo $1,000 to $1,700 a week once solo 1,600 to 2,000 miles a week; drivers average about 1,900 $15 per stop except the first and last Weekly direct deposit Your week Midwest freight with drop and hook, live loads and preloads. Planned loads, day and night dispatch, about 1,900 miles a week. Home on weekends. New CDL? Here is the path Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later. Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired. Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid every week. Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week. Nervous about your first driving job? Fair. "How often will I see home?" Weekends. "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes. "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one.
