Paid Road Training. Western Regional Reefer. Assigned Truck. This opening gives newer CDL-A drivers a structured route from paid training into a solo Western regional position with refrigerated freight. WHAT COMES AFTER TRAINING $1,200-$1,300 average weekly earnings Approximately 1,900-2,100 miles each week Starting mileage pay of $0.51 per mile $15 stop pay Monthly driver performance bonus opportunity TRAINING STAGE Paid behind-the-wheel training runs approximately 3-5 weeks for 200-250 hours. Idaho trainee pay is $650 per week. Orientation takes no more than two days; $300 is paid upon hire.
