Company: Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric Position: CDL A Driver/Laborer Location: King of Prussia, PA Pay: Competitive pay and compensation structure based off of experience Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm; occasional weekends for emergency jobs Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL A Driver/Laborer —to join our growing field operations team. This hybrid role requires a confident professional who can safely operate heavy trucks and participate in manual labor. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and experienced with operating 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes. Haul heavy equipment using trailers; secure and transport earth-moving machinery. Assist in site preparation and pipe laying activities as needed. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks. Step in with manual labor (e.g., shoveling, grading) to support crew operations. Follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a clean and organized work site. Qualifications: Valid CDL A license with air brake endorsement (Tanker endorsement is a plus). Proven experience driving 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks. Experience hauling and loading/unloading equipment trailers. Site work, plumbing, or pipe laying experience is a strong plus. Willingness to contribute to labor-intensive tasks when needed.
