What You'll Do Run all states west of the Mississippi line, including the Midwest and Texas open plains Never more than 3 days from home No East Coast or beyond-Mississippi loads Average 2,200–2,500 miles per week Schedule Home every 2 weeks Both day and night shifts Weekend and holiday work required Training period: 4-6 weeks OTR Pay Guaranteed pay for 3 months after first solo dispatch Trainee pay: $850/week Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,500 Driver performance bonus available Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Must have valid CDL A license Must have at least 120 hours training from CDL truck driving school Clean driving record Clean background 50 openings available (25 solo, 25 team) — apply today!
