Consistent Western Freight for New CDL-A Drivers Qualified CDL-A trainees can start with paid road training and move into a Western dry van position with a dedicated planner, consistent freight and regular 34-hour resets. THE RUN Freight operates through Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California. Drivers need to be comfortable with California driving, winter conditions, both day and night schedules, weekends and holidays. $1,100-$1,300 AVERAGE WEEKLY AFTER TRAINING Approximately 1,800-2,500 miles per week OTR pay structure Driver performance bonus opportunity 34-hour resets PAID TRAINING FOR CDL-A TRAINEES The training stage is approximately 3-5 weeks with 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Arizona trainee pay is $850 per week. Orientation lasts no more than two days, and the $300 orientation payment is paid upon hire.
