How You Start $650 per week during training Experienced trainer on real loads Own truck on full pay once signed off $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch The Job Dry van across the 11 western states 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week Home every 2 weeks Option to run past the West for more miles Pay $1,000 to $1,300 average weekly gross Up to 6 cents per mile extra in performance bonus $15 stop pay Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing Start close to home.
