How You Start Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads Paid $900 every week during training Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving The Job Dry van freight across the western states, west of the Mississippi Around 2,000 miles per week Home every 2 weeks Day and night dispatch, weekend driving expected Pay Average weekly earnings of $1,500 Starting rate of 50 cents per mile $15 stop pay Monthly driver performance bonus Benefits Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401k with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered What You Need Class A CDL, 21 or older Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen Live within 200 miles of Troutdale, OR Your CDL is ready.
