How It Works Train with an experienced driver, $850 a week Go solo in your own truck once you are signed off $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch The Run Midwest regional, dry van About 2,000 miles per week Home weekly, 34 hour restart Majority drop and hook Pay $1,400 average weekly gross Monthly performance bonus Benefits Medical, dental and vision kick in at 30 days 401k with a company match PTO that builds as you work $300 orientation pay, and the trip to orientation is covered Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing Winter is coming, steady miles are here.
