CDL A DRIVER NEEDED ASAP

Overview Join our team as a CDL A Driver and keep freight moving safely and reliably. You’ll operate commercial trucks on local or over-the-road (OTR) routes, deliver cargo, and follow applicable safety requirements. Your impact: Careful driving and secure cargo handling help customers receive their shipments safely and on schedule. Duties Drive tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles on assigned delivery and route-driving runs, using GPS navigation as needed. Transport freight, including automobile transportation and, when assigned, refrigerated trailer, flatbed, or tanker loads. Load, unload, and secure cargo; perform manual handling and coordinate truck loading and unloading. Inspect vehicles and cargo, report issues, and maintain required trip and delivery records. Follow Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and hazardous materials regulations when handling dangerous goods. Skills Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A and safe commercial truck driving, truck driving, and delivery driving practices. Experience with tractor-trailers, manual transmission, and over-the-road routes; delivery driver experience is valued. Ability to handle logistics cargo, freight, and physical loading and unloading safely. Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations; Hazmat or dangerous goods experience is preferred. Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, automobile transportation, or other specialized loads is a plus.
