About Us Weaver Superior Walls manufactures and installs precast concrete foundation wall systems for residential and commercial construction projects. What You'll Do as a CDL A Driver / Installation Crew Member Work a consistent schedule averaging approximately 50 hours per week, typically starting around 6:00 AM, with occasional shorter Saturdays as needed. Operate a manual-transmission tractor safely and in compliance with DOT rules and regulations. Secure precast wall panels to flatbed trailers using chains and straps, then unsecure loads safely at jobsites. Deliver precast concrete products from our Ephrata yard to jobsites throughout the region. Rig wall panels to the crane and support the crew throughout the installation process. Stage trailers for crane access and help jockey trailers and equipment as needed onsite. Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain required DOT and fuel logs, and inspect and maintain equipment. Assist with hands-on foundation installation work when needed, including opportunities to earn premium pay. Our Ideal CDL A Driver / Installation Crew Member Experienced: 2+ years of CDL A driving experience, including experience operating a manual-transmission tractor. Qualified: Hold a valid CDL A and be able to meet DOT physical, drug testing, and driving record requirements. Hands-On: Prepared to lift up to 50 lbs., push or pull up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and perform active construction work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Construction-Savvy: Residential or commercial construction experience is preferred, with concrete, flatbed hauling, or crane hand signal experience especially helpful. Tech-Capable: Comfortable using a smartphone and required mobile apps for the job. Team-Oriented: Reliable, safety-minded, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of your work while helping the crew get the job done.
