How You Start $850 per week during training with an experienced trainer Full solo pay as soon as you are signed off $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch The Job Upper Midwest regional dry van 1,800 to 2,200 miles a week Home every weekend Drop and hook, live loads and unloads Pay $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly gross $0.56 per mile to start, $0.59 by 6 months $15 stop pay, monthly performance bonus Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing Live within 100 miles of Columbus, OH Weekends are yours.
