How You Start Ride with an experienced trainer on real loads Paid every week during training Own truck on full pay once signed off $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch The Job Dry van in IL, IN, OH, MI and KY 1,600 to 2,000 miles a week Home every weekend Drop and hook, live loads, preloads Pay $1,000 to $1,700 average weekly gross $15 stop pay on every stop except first and last Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing Live within 100 miles of Gary, IN Weekends are yours.
