CDL A Driver - Home Daily / Roll Off

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers at various job sites. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a FIRST shift position. Sign on Bonus : $1000 (Paid out over first year) Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload containers at designated locations, ensuring proper handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that may arise. Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Driving Experience: 2 year (required) Have a Passport or ability to enter Canada Experience in truck driving, particularly with roll-off or dump trucks preferred, will possibly train right person. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading processes. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings or late evenings as needed.
